This is the fifth and final home in the Stylish Starter series. Just like the others, it has 2 bedrooms, study area, and spacious living area & kitchen.

Another spacious starter home for beginning families on the hunt for a wallet friendly place of residence. The lot has plenty of room for expansion and can currently house up to 4 adults and 1 infant just like the rest. This house is similar to the previous versions and sits nicely on the left of #4.

The house is currently partly furnished to fit under the 20,000 starter mark. Once your Sims start earning money I urge you to complete the furnishing process and it will look absolutely beautiful (not to mention it will suit your personal tastes).

Hope you all enjoy the Stylish Starter series. After finishing this last one it was nice to see all five stylish starters matching in a row. Download them all and you will be sure to have a friendly looking neighbourhood. Thanks for viewing.
