Terrenia Isles is a great island neighborhood map with wonderful ocean views regardless of where you place your lots. It also includes a private island for your eccentric Sims who love privacy. Beach lots can be placed all around the island!

While this map was designed for the Jetsons Hotel Oceana, it will make a great location to build a small island community as well. Your imagination is your only limitation! Do enjoy the maps!
