This a little contemporary cottage I've finished last week. It came out even better as I wanted
The house is playtested one Simweek, and everything works fine.
The backyard is totally private and has a covered patio, small pool, whirlpool and a BBQ area.
The floorplan is pretty open, with only one archway to the kitchen, which is also open and has, like the livingroom, access to the patio.




Upstairs there's a little walk with overview on the living area, and has access to the bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom also has access to bathroom.
From the walk you can also enter the balcony at the back of the house, while the bedroom has access to the balcony over the carport.

The main color scheme of the house was earthy, so I've used light wood, medium wood, white and black. Blue in the bathroom, darkred-pruple-ish for the exterior.

The house is built on a 2x3 lot and costs: §124.739 F and §70.928 UF

I reccomend you to place this house on the 2x3 lot at the beach in Sunset Valley
