The Cottage Beach house -- Under 25.000!

Hey Simplayers!

I built this house a week ago, and I decided to upload it, so you can play with it, too.

The Cottage beach house is very small, but there´s space for 4 Sims!


All the rooms have got a sloped ceiling, all rooms have closed walls, even in the roof section.
There´s a great room, where you can find the kitchen, dining area and living area.

The front of the house is faced to the sea, to make it more ,,Beachy´´. From the porch your Sims have got a beautiful view over the sea, and in the garden your Sims can relax on the sun chairs or at a campfire.

The house is actually built on a 15x20 lot, but the parameter only allows numbers that end with zero. It costs: §23.808 Furnished and §15.596 Unfurnished.

NOTE:
Place the house as near as possible at the sea, with it´s front facing to the sea, that looks the best on this house!
