This is my first attempt at a spooky house...well, a spooky house I'm attempting to upload, at least. I tried to make it nice and run-down looking, but still having some regal/fancy aspects.

On the first floor you'll find: a master bedroom with bathroom, hot tub, and walk-in closet; a kitchen with small dining area; a living (or living dead?) room; and a small patio outside, but there's only benches there. On the second floor you'll find: a nursery for vampire junior; a guest bedroom; a bathroom; a study; and a room with 3 vampire beds, in case you'd rather use them instead of a regular bed. There's lots of fog outside and trees obscuring the house for that spooky look, and there's some spider spawners outside as well. Outside there's some rose bushes but they're choked with other less pretty bushes, and half the grass is dead. I tried to keep it looking old fashioned, but there are 2 smoke detectors and 4 burglar alarms--don't want our precious coffins stolen! I tried to place the fog emitters so the fog wouldn't enter the house, but a little might seep in now and then; hope this doesn't bother you too badly. Also, for the side & back screenshots, there are more trees there than in the pics but I had to temporarily remove them so you could see the house.

It was built on a 40x40 lot, and costs §123,100 furnished and §70,178 unfurnished. It requires World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, & Generations. I have Outdoor Living Stuff installed, but I avoided items from the stuff pack so it should work fine without it. Enjoy!
