This houseplan has been circulating on Pinterest for a while, so I thought I'd take a shot at making it. I really enjoyed building it.



Basement: 3-car garage with bike racks, large entertainment room with food area (microwave, hot beverages, and snow cones), and bathroom.
First floor: dining room, sunroom, kitchen & breakfast area, spacious living room, master bedroom & master bath, small bathroom, laundry room, and wraparound porches with chairs.
Second Floor: room for a girl (pink/green/blue/white theme), room for a boy (blue/plaid theme, with a hint of spiderman ), room for a baby/toddler (ocean theme), room for a teen girl (orange/pink/white theme), and 3.5 baths.
Outside: cooking area on porch, picnic tables, pool, playground area, and small pond with waterfall.
