Retro suburbia late 1940s early 1950s, England just after the war, a normal house in a normal town, in a normal street when life was far more simple and where Utility furniture, digging for Victory and rationing still reigned supreme. The only form of entertainment was the radio or reading. Where bathrooms were simply that, a room with a bath and precious little else, and where indoor loos were a luxury.

The family who owns this house must have been relatively affluent, as they have a car, perhaps 'Dad' has a job of National Importance which allows him access to precious 'juice' for his car. Naturally for Sims purposes a few anachronistic items must be provided but I have tried to keep in feeling with the theme.
