Hai everyone - firstly, thanks to Numenor for his AGS, without which this lot wouldn't Base game, and no CC.



This cute little starter is two stories, with the help of Plasticbox's tutorial it has an 'attic' bedroom. As well as that, as soon as you walk onto you plot of land from a tough day of work, you're greeted by a charming home in front of you, to know you got a great deal.

Costing 19,992, this starter is great value, whils on a 2x2 lot, with room at the back for expansion.
