MGTV Presents: "Veronaville Dream House Collection" (Base Game - No CC + Bonus Lot)

Simtopia news agents have been flooded with calls since the story of Blossom Newsworthy broke. Founder and owner of Dream Home Association (DHA), Hellmund Overton, has been silent with the media since the arrest and subsequent trial.


Dream Home Association is holding a talent search for a new Producer and Host for their launch in Veronaville, Simtopia! Meanwhile, the next Dream Home has been unveiled and is currently for sale in Veronaville. Here is a sneak peek of the home and a bit of general information!

There are 5 residential Versions of the Veronaville Dream Home available for download: Starter, Renovated, Family, Luxury and "Bonus" CC.
The idea is that you download all 5 lots and as your Sims progress through life, you move them into the improved versions of their home without having to decorate at all! Each lot is designed to be a bit more updated than the previous one. For instance, in the above image, you will notice that the on-lot Chapel is an evolution. It exists only as a relic stump in the Starter Dream Home, but is an ornate jewel by the time you get to the Bonus CC lot. You may also notice that the house itself grows with additions as it progresses from Starter to Bonus CC lot. Everything from the bridge, the windows, the doors, the exterior colour and the landscaping change over time.

If you want all 4 Base Game homes (Starter, Renovated, Family and Luxury), they are available for download in one zip at the end of 'this' Post (Post #1). To Download the individual lots, see Posts 2 - 5 under the "Comments" Posts. These lots require Base Game ONLY and contain NO Custom Content.
The above image is of the Luxury (Base Game Only) Dream Home . There is NO Custom Content in the Luxury lot. While I did use Gondola Version 2 by Hexameter in the image, it is not included in the Luxury Lot. The "Bonus" Veronaville lot is the only one that contains Custom Content, including the gondola.

IMPORTANT NOTE
The Veronaville "Bonus" Lot can only be downloaded under "Comments" Post #6. You will need University, Night Life and Celebration Stuff for this lot to show properly. It is the only lot in this collection that requires 2 Expansion Packs and 1 Stuff Pack. It is also the only Veronaville lot that contains Custom Content.


Other Notes:
* Not only can you use houses as your Sims financial situations increase, you may also find them useful when they have a bit of bad luck or have fallen victim to a negative shift in the national economy and need to downsize. This would allow you the freedom to move them from an upper end home (like Luxury or CC) into something more affordable (like Family or Renovated). Or maybe you just want to download one of the lots. The choice is ultimately yours.

*This lot spawned from my imagination after seeing video footage of the colourful homes scattered around Burano and the canal lifestyle of Veneto (especially Verona and Venice) in Italy. I wanted to capture just a bit of Italian"ish" beauty by creating this lot. I do hope you enjoy it in all variations! :lovestruc
