Based on real floor plans, this is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach house/cottage..

It could easily be a starter home for about $15k by removing just the interior furnishings and decorations. I decided to offer it fully furnished because it looked so cute It's lightly decorated and completely move-in ready.

I highly recommend you download the entire set of Vertical Frames and their Recolors. I used one set of pictures and their recolors and it would be terrible to break up the set

Edit: It appears the painting recolors didn't package properly. You can download the whole set, which I would suggest, or remove them.
