This beautiful starter is the first of the Stylish Starter series. It has 2 bedrooms, study area, living room, and large kitchen.

A spacious starter home for beginning families looking for something with a reasonable price tag. Plenty of room for expansion and can currently house up to 4 adults and 1 infant. Move your Sims into this house and they are sure to fit in with the rest of the neighbors.

The house is currently partly furnished to fit under the 20,000 starter mark. Once your Sims start earning money I urge you to complete furnishing and it will look absolutely beautiful (not to mention it will suit your personal tastes). After I had built the house I just wanted to furnish it nicely but also wanted to keep it a starter so the job is yours if you want it.
