*I felt there was a lack of affordable homes for a sim or couple with a horse...so I made one!*


Did you spend your life savings on your equine friend? No problem! Now you can be roommates! Today we offer you this cozy barn converted to be a home for you and your horse.


It features an open living area/kitchen, full bath and horse stall on the ground floor.


The hay loft was converted into a bedroom.


Has a decent sized pasture out back with all the things your horse would want, even a practice jump.


This home is cheap enough to move a sim or couple with horse directly in from the families bin!

*I tried to build with as little CC as possible, and ended up with only one thing, the ladder *
