The name explains it all: Tiny and Contemporary

I´m not ably to make a tiny house under 16K, unless it´s empty.. totally empty. So this tiny house is NOT a starter.



Altough it´s very small (8 wide; 7 deep) it got a great room, bedroom and bathroom that are big enough.
Well this s*cks, I can´t tell anything about the house because it isn´t... big enough. You could describe this house in 3 words. But I´ll give it a try

In the livingroom there are a tv, telephone and fish thingy (mini aquarium for goldfish, can´t find the English word for it )

The bedroom is 4x4, so there only is space for a bed, no wardrobe. But Sims can change clothes automaticly


Yes, that´s all I have to say about the house!

The house is built on a 20x20 lot and costs §23.442 Furnished and §16.149 Unfurnished; it can be placed on bigger lots because it doesn´t got a path, altough you´ll have to add a few more trees or add another (or bigger) pond to fill the garden up.
