Jessica Hamby
Perpetually teenaged progeny of Bill Compton. If you watch True Blood....SHHH!! Please don't discuss the plot in this thread. We don't wanna spoil it for folks who haven't seen it yet, right? Right. Good. Extra special thanks to all the custom content creators mentioned below, and to the actors, writers, and entire crew that makes True Blood. Particularly Deborah Ann Woll who portrays Jessica so well.

Recommended but Not Included
  • Fangs! Jessica is packaged as a human. She'll grow fangs when you turn her into a vampire in your game. You must have the Nightlife Expansion Pack installed in order to make her a vampire.

  • Default-Replacement vampire skin overlay. By default, Sims2 vampires have a blueish tinge which is wrong for True Blood vamps. I highly recommend TSN's Normal looking NL Vampire Skin Overlay (vampireNoBlueNoRedEye version) if you have Nightlife and plan to make Jessica a vampire.

  • Maxis Skin. This sim uses default Maxis skin. If you have default-replacement skins installed, please download the light non-default Maxis skin here and put it on her in CAS.

  • Maxis Hair. Jessica's hair came with the Apartment Life Expansion Pack. Change her hair in CAS if you don't have AL. You can get a basegame version of this same hair here, since it was originally a teen-only style which melodie9 converted for other ages. If you're super picky like me, you can also get my little forehead edit of that conversion here.

  • Teen angst. Jessica is an adult sim. Teen sims just seem a bit too young for her and have to go to school in the daytime, so that won't work. Of course you can play her as a teen if you prefer. She's pretty cute at any age.

  • Green dress by me. It's a simple edit of a Maxis "Family Fun Stuff" bonus dress. This dress requires the University expansion pack (not Family Fun Stuff). Just change her clothes if you don't have University.


Free Tips
  • Install with Clean Installer to avoid "missing EP" error messages.
  • Jessica requires no Expansion Packs, but you'll need the Nightlife EP to make her a vampire.
