A beautiful family home featuring some CFE work again with no custom content. A large open plan living, dining, kitchen flowing out into the side courtyard is perfect for entertaining!

Plenty of light in each room, a centralised living space, simplistic landscaping, gardening patch out the back, fruit trees, 4 parking spaces, pool, wishing well (not custom content, spawned using testingcheatsenabled cheat). Many other great features of this lot. A nice shady front yard will give your sims a place to sit and watch the time fly by! The fourth bedroom in the basement will make a fantastic place for a guest to stay or an annoying teen perhaps.

Hope you all enjoy this lot! Please feel free to leave feedback and clciking the thanks button will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for viewing.
