Built right on the banks of a swamp, this soggy stilted home is full of "character". Recently flipped, the dingy exterior belies a fresh-looking refurbished interior. It's a split-level 1 bedroom 1 bath with an open-air laundry room, and a huge wraparound porch.


FYI:
-Built with 1.38
-Sims can walk underneath the house.
-There is one dummy counter and one dummy chair in the kitchen. (just there for show)
-Sims can't reach the bookshelf in the study, but it's completely usable and the player has full access to it.
-It fits perfectly in 10 Poker Flats in Twinbrook, but it would fit in any 20x30 lot (although it may fit better on a larger lot, as the ground slopes down some)
-I've added extra plants around the lot in World Editor, to help the lot "blend" into the world better. This is not necessary, but it does look a bit nicer.
