A small country retreat for those who wish to get a break from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Gameplay has been tested on this lot.
To interact with the bee hive, bin or with the plants inside the greenhouse, you'll have to zoom in until your camera is inside the building (because the walls are not actually walls, they're fences, so the game won't let you interact through them even though they're transparent and you can see inside).

The .zip includes 2 file formats for you to choose from: a standard .sims3pack and a .package for those of you who either have issues installing things through your launcher or the ones that just convert everything to packages like I do. You only need to install one of them.



The lot has a greenhouse already equipped with a composting bin and a bee hive (but no sprinklers), that can be put down and sold in case you wish to use that space for something else, like a garage or a pool.
