Hello! This is my contribution to March's "beach getaway theme." It's a medium sized beach house with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It's decorated in a coastal style with neutral blues and whites.



The first floor consists of an entryway, kitchen/dining area, master bedroom, and 1.5 baths. The upper floor has a kids' room, a toddler/baby room, and 2 baths. Outside there is a driveway and some nice beach grasses.



The two pieces of custom content are gosik's new vintage kitchen counter and cabinet (included) and there is one piece of store content needed: the Storied Tale Stairs from the Brunch at the Old Mill set.

The price is 60,966 furnished and 32,915 unfurnished. This lot was built with patch 1.67 and all expansion packs and the stuff packs outdoor living stuff, high-end lot stuff, and town life stuff. The lot size is 30x20.
