My favorite sim age to play are elders because they remind me of my grandparents, and will be reminding me of myself very soon. I'm 56, so I'm technically an elder already (55 and over). I had this lot in mind as something an elder couple would live in, with a spare bedroom for when their children or grandchildren visit. It's a small, quaint little house with emphasis on the Seasons Country in game collection. All of the furniture has been play-tested and functions great. I hope you like this little house as a quaint little cottage to let your sims age with dignity.
