Today I bring you my latest University lot...the University Hangout!!

This lot is so jammed packed with fun stuff for your Sims to do all in the one place.

This lot can be placed in any town you wish....it does not have to be a univeristy town

Gym: Equipped with all the workout equipment you could need plus a table tennis table and bathrooms with showers.

Study Hall: This place is the nerve centre of the lot. It features internet access, science room, lecture area, painting corner, vending machines and plenty of skill building objects

Arcade: Plenty of fun things for your Sims to keep entertained

Café: A great place to get a drink, coffee, snow cone or a nice dessert.

Bar: Grab a drink, play chess or blow bubbles

Park: Have a bon fire, BBQ, play dominos, stargaze or bask in the sun

The lot has several bathrooms, vending machines, bus stop, car park and photo booth

I have fully play tested the lot and it works beautifully.
