Marbury Manor is a restored historical Simglish home. Owned by the Marbury's of Simportsmouth for many years it was taken over by the Simpanish in 1740 and left in ruins. It lay derelict for many years until bought by a succession of owners, the last who restored it to its former glory. Today Marbury Manor combines the best of the old with the best of the new. The candelabras which once dripped beeswax now use electric candles, where two pantries had been now contain two fridges, and the murky pond full of duckweed is now an inviting pool. While most of the home is decorated in Georgian style, children don't always appreciate such things; so the children’s bedroom features modern furnishings and decor. A fantasy room, where a young boy having to share with his sister can at least gain some satisfaction by shooting her with rubber bands over the top of his castle wall.






After a taxing day of office golf

I needed a Mayors home for my hood, but most I could find were too large. Large residential lots equal lots of lag for me, so this is a mini mansion on a 3 by 4 lot. My Mayor play tested the whole place-even if my darling daughter thinks he looks like a farmer. -_-
Remove the doors into the office from the sitting room and bathroom and you will have a secret room.
