Good day, everyone! This is my first upload on Mod The Sims. Basically, it's a small quaint cottage for one or two Sims, perfect for those handsome, wealthy bachelors and bachelorettes in your neighborhoods!

  • The Sims 2

Since this lot is made with the base game and no custom content, it requires nothing but the base game and the desire to play it. Have fun and enjoy, fellas!

Uppers: one bedroom, one bathroom, one living room, one kitchen, one attic, some pretty rosebushes and squarebushes, a wedding reception area in the backyard, fully-furnished

Downers: a bit pricey for one or two Sims -- be prepared that your Sim has enough money to pay for it or to expand it
