The third house of the Mini Lots: Modern Collection, The Average Mini is a simple but fully decorated, two bedroom house requiring only a 10x10 lot for placement. Contains no CC or store items. Playtested.

On the ground floor are an open plan kitchen/living room with a breakfast area and access to a covered patio. From the entrance hall you also reach a bathroom and the stairs to the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a small playarea, whereas the basement holds a large study, another bathroom and a laundry room. Price unfurnished: 15,920. Furnished: 23,337.

NB! This house should be placed on a lot that is rotated so that the lot arrows point towards or away from the street, but NOT left or right. If the lot is placed incorrectly the stacked stairs WILL NOT WORK (as of patch 1.50).
