On a downward sloping lot in Alpinloch you will find this modern siding and stucco home with main living areas on second floor and bedrooms in the walk-out basement. I have included a screenshot of the exact location to give an idea of where to place the lot for best effect. The house has a vaulted ceiling with lots of light made possible by picture windows and spacious open-concept living areas. Sliding glass doors open onto a back deck overlooking the back yard with hottub. In the basement your sims will have 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, family room with fireplace, and study area. Take advantage of this peaceful setting for your sims!
