Base game test Sim, Fawn Fu, was looking for a moderately priced modern home with pool. She also wanted a yard with lots of vegetation but little trimming, open floor plan, and at least 2 bedrooms. After looking in Pleasantville, ("Too crowded," she said) Strangetown, ("Too dry," she said), and Veronaville, ("Too medieval," she said), she finally found just the right house in Isla Segunda. When she found it, she said, "Oh joy," hence the name Modern Joy. The house actually had all of her wish list plus an extra bedroom and bath. Hopefully it will bring joy to your modern Sims.
