I bought a magazine at Fry's called 154 Phenomenal Home Plans which is loaded with interior shots as well as floor plans and glossy pictures of yards! This house is my first effort inspired by the magazine. All on one convenient floor your sims will have 3 to 4 bedrooms, open concept great room, kitchen with breakfast nook, and family room. Large back deck has room for a jacuzzi or barbecue. Lush, very mature landscaping provides shade and clean air and no trimming. Fancy that!
