Based on a professional floor plan from the magazine 154 Phenomenal Floor Plans, this house has plenty of space for living, entertaining, and growing. There are 3 large bedrooms and a study and formal dining room which could easily be made into kids' rooms or nursery. Looking at the photos of bathrooms in the magazine, I noticed that the current thing seems to be a tub sticking out into the room flanked by two alcoves, one for the shower, and one for the toilet. Therefore, with this lot, I introduce my modern one tile shower for base gamers who don't have University ep with the communal shower. The shower head is gigantic and extremely powerful looking although the shower is a clone of the value shower and behaves like it. You will need to leave the grid perpendicular to the shower free for it to be usable. There is a small molding at the bottom to easily click on to direct sims there. Best of all, this shower costs only 100 simoleons! Please make a sim family happy by moving them into this traditional, cozy home!
