Priced at a reasonable 17.298 simoleons, this house is perfect for a couple who just started their life together in a new and unknown world. It includes all the basic furniture necessary to survive those first years of working hard. The livingroom includes an open kitchen and dining area with large glass doors that open to the patio at the back.


The upstairs bedroom matches the sleek design of the exterior. Not suitable for the hardcore Laura Ashley-fans.

No expansion or stuff packs needed, built with patch 1.55.
CFE was used on the stairs, so be careful with decorating/renovating this lot.
Velocitygrass' Stencil Remover was used on the kitchen cabinets. According to the information he provided, his mod is NOT needed for this lot to work. Please inform me if there are any problems with the cabinets!
