So here's a traditional Craftsman home for your Sims.
I added some Craftsman-style built-ins, Columns de Mish, and stained glass to help authenticate the look of the house.
And I decided to stick with typical Craftsman colors on the exterior and 1st floor.
There's some other color added to the childrens' bedrooms, but that's only expected. (Because, ya know, happy kids = happy home.)

2-story: 3 BR, 2 BA
1st floor: LR, DR, KIT, garage (BA, laundry)
2nd floor: 3 BR, BA, den, study
Accommodates: 5

Lot size: 25x20
Price: 84,726 furnished - 52,541 unfurnished
No CC, no store.

PS- Play-tested and routable. I admit that I do not know specifically what EPs were used, so I've listed all that I had installed when I built this lot.
