No CC! No spawners! In-game patterns only.
This 4 BR, 4BA house has room for 8!

Outdoors:
The backyard has a curved pool with a covered walkway over it. There’s a hot tub off to the side of the backyard. The flame-retardant awning-covered outdoor barbeque is a-ok in any weather. There’s plenty of seating for sitting. There’s chess, guitar, & an outdoor speaker system on the back porch. There’s off-street parking & a bike rack. There’s an outdoor, gated access to the bomb shelter basement. The entire backyard is fenced to keep the in-laws & police… I mean, paparazzi, at bay! A little gardening niche is just around the right front corner of the house.
A Sim’s got plenty of chance to view sunsets & neighbors, with 3 ground floor decks & 3 upper-level balconies. Darts, a bar & a nectar rack can be found on the upper deck overlooking the backyard.

Interior:
Interior is, well… interior. You’ll find a nicely decorated abode with little details to which even the perfectionist Sim will give a nod. (Note: If a bookcase is emptied, it’s because it’s not freely usable by Sims.)

Basement (Bomb/Fallout Shelter):
Well, hence the name, What Lies Beneath. It is what it is-- Built to sustain a small herd of Sims in case of llamazombieapocolypse. (Have you seen the folks in Twinbrook?! C’mon!)

Oh yeah, … There’s a nifty little secret room with secret passageways to a secret underground lab, but now it’s not so secret… so enjoy! ~PlayinSafe
