Time for another house
This is Clearwater Drive 1001. A spacious home for your larger families. Has 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, family room, dining room, kitchen and sitting room.
It is decorated on the outside but totally empty on the inside, i leave that for you to choose what rooms to use for what and what flooring and wallpaper to use No furniture whatsoever to avoid sending hacks with the house
It requires university since i used the columns from the expansion pack.
I used all the original walls and stuff from TS2 except one part of the roof wich is custom from MTS2, dont know who made it though

It uses some of the elements from my Charmed House dorm but i went a little crazy so it became something totally different
