Hello again

Here is another part of my Simhattan Neighbourhood:
I downloaded a superb neighbourhood from here laid out like a city and started with Simhattan
So far I have the downtown area almost complete with shops, policestation, city hall, Calvin Klein on Sim Avenue, The Bistro on Sim Avenue a public park and the City Library. These will all be uploaded at a later time

For now I am concentrating on the residential areas of my neighbourhood and this is the third lot to go in it. It's Sim Avenue 1311 and below are the specs:

Cost: 140.960$
Lot: Medium size
Garage: Yes
On foundation: No
House: 2 family home (attached)
Bathrooms: 4
Bedrooms: 3
Levels: 3

Both homes are have the same layout but mirrored.

On the ground level is the garage, a laundryroom, a den/bedroom and a small bathroom together with a few storagerooms.

The main level houses the family areas like kitchen with breakfast nook, diningroom and livingroom, all in one open floorplan. There is also a fireplace and a small deck for sunny days
There is also a small bathroom.

The second level houses the master bedroom with a private bathroom and a walk in closet. The other smaller bedroom has it's own private bath aswell and a medium sized closet.

The homes are separated by the original brick wall that is part of the old city before it burnt to the ground and is a nice feature for any home

Enjoy
