The idea of this tiny home began with me tired of living in the same house at University. Also I've been passionate about building micro-lots recently, especially on a tight budget. So I combined these things, and here's result.



A starter for a single nerd to live either in hometown or on campus, as well as I made it to fit Uni town. Some say it looks loft-style.
TV, computer, coffee, comic books and posters of favorite heroes - what else he might need?

  • Furnished price: 15 913
  • Unfurnished price: 9 431
  • Made without any custom or store content.
  • Made with all EPs, except Supernatural. However, lot can still be functional without some of the EPs.
  • Patch 1.66 might be required.
  • Playtested in game.

Note

If you place the house on a bigger lot size than 10x10, it's price will increase. Remember you always can put new 10x10 lot in the neighbourhood in Edit Town mode.

By the way

I left a message on the plaque, you may want to read it. Maybe it could lead you to some surprise... Actually it's written in Russian cause I was lazy to change it for English part of the world. Concider it as a liiiittle adventure with decryption ancient secret letters. I mean feel free to google it.
