Hey everyone! I made this house a while ago, probably like six months ago. But I never got around to uploading it! Why? I'm lazy. But now I have the upload bypass. Many of my houses are on larger plots, but this is only 30X30, but it still is up there in price. So if you have a lot of rich sims in your neighborhood, this house would be perfect if you don't have much room left for larger lots. It's only on 30X30 lot size, but it costs nearly 300,000 simoleons!

Part of the reason for the high cost is that it has three floors and a basement. Seriously, if you want sims to have loads to do on a lot, this is the house to get since there is a large gym, a theater, and a game room in the basement.

There are four bedrooms, and the master bedroom is on a floor of its own on the third floor! Talk about privacy.
