Just like with the pool lot, I wasn't satisfied with the default cafeteria in Oasis Landing. I wanted to keep it in the same place, and I definitely wanted to keep the cafe awning. I didn't think it would work well to add a building up, so I decided to build under, as in in the ground a bit with a foundation. That way, your sims would still eat primarily outside. I thought having the kitchen outside was odd, so I added that in the building. There is also a game area in the building, but I didn't make it as the spot for your sims to eat.
