This hosue is designed to be a nice lot for you to have an extended family.
It has 2 bedrooms with king beds, and 1 bedroom with a two single beds. Altogether this means you can have 6 sims, or more, if you added beds.
This house has some items from Ambitions, meaning that you will need that EP for it to come out as seen in the screenshots, however if you do not have Ambitions installed then The Sims 3 will replace the missing items for something similar.
