Nestled deep in the Everglades, surrounded by palms and shade trees you will find this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with lots of outdoor living space on the large covered deck with pool. There is also a detached garage and long driveway with lots of parking. Sjader provided inspiration for this house which is great for entertaining and laid back living.

The lot includes my picnic table with poly count 252 and price of 50 simoleons and picnic table bench with poly count of 216 and price of 50 simoleons.

It should also contain 4 wall hangings and a bedspread which didn't show up on the cc list, but I hope they are there.
