Bougainvillea Villa could be anywhere in the tropics, you pick the country. It has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a "garage" that could be used for a home gym or even made into a playroom. Lots of shrubbery may not be accessible for trimming but of course move_objects on will allow you to delete overgrown bushes and weeds! There are always ways to solve problems in sim world! Although the house is elevated from the street, the lot was originally flat. It should be fun to live here . . .
