Small starter-like house on a 15x25 lot – it’s actually a bit too expensive for a starter, but removing the car and TV should be sufficient to make it into one.

Just-A-Column 4/4 and 5/4 by Flabaliki – attached below, since these don’t seem to be online anymore


Recommended custom content:

– One CASTable plant by Aikea Guinea (indoor deco table plant)
– Default override for the cherry tree, by myself, attached below (texture is from the base game Boxwood) – this will of course override all the cherry trees in your game, so decide for yourself if you want that =). Note that these are two packages, IIRC one is the LOD and one is the close-up, in any case you need both.
– Roof recolour by tammy_trauma; this is officially unsupported as I’ve meanwhile learned, so I’m also attaching it below.
