And my first residential lot for The Sims 4. I've built it, firstly, for my playable family, and secondly, to test the build/buy mode. Hope, you'll like it too
Small old house, where many generations have lived. Ideally suits young families with one child.



The lot is 30x20, and here we'll see:
- a small garden with a grill;
- a terrace with an easel, bar and place to rest;
- house: 1st floor - hall, dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom;
- house: 2nd floor - bedroom, nursery, office, restroom.

WARNING: As I've used "Shift+]" code, install the lot from building mode, not from city map for objects to stay increased.
