a modest, boxy, relentlessly suburban bungalow-style starter with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. could sleep 5 at maximum capacity. the house takes up the full width of the lot and sits pretty close to the street, so the only way to expand the structure is either to tear up the outdoor area or go vertical. way more furnished and decorated than my usual starters! has actual wall art and plants. no way!
comes with all the basics, plus some garden pots, a tv, and a bookcase.
