My Sim wanted a small modern weekend home with a restful color palette. It will look good in the mountains or the beach. it is furnished very lovingly with the pieces he picked up at the consignment store as he didn't have a lot of simoleans to spend. It has 2 bedrooms that will accomadate 4 sims a bath and as always the items needed for comfort and skilling. I used Businesses and Hobbies in the build. Enjoy.
