than this might be your perfect bet . even though Birchwood Cottage is fully furnished and decorated it only costs 50000 making it affordable even for families without a whole lot of money . the house is open planned except for the kitchen which is in its own room . there's a fireplace in the living room for cold winter nights and even a flat screen TV mounted to the wall above the fireplace . the house is CC free
