The Kingdom of Niua Simoa

Inspired by Earthbag House Plans Polynesian Style, this is the first of two starter homes I built in The Kingdom of Niua Simoa when World Adventures came out and the talented kiwi_tea updated the worlds. However, both of these homes use only base game patterns and objects. Both would be suitable for other tropical worlds, as well.

Tropical Starter contains NO CC. Checked with CUSTARD.

This classic Polynesian design has 1 bedroom with double bed and one bathroom. It includes a large 2nd floor observation deck with open-air design and rounded ends. The observation deck features lounge chairs and an easel. Ideal for hot climates where breezes help cool the house. The only change made to the "simified" house plan was to make the bathroom entrance from inside the house rather than from the outside. The lot is lushly planted.


Built on an 18x16 lot in The Kingdom of Niua Simoa. (Could easily be placed on a 20x20 lot.)
