My smallest plot yet, this tiny home is on a 10 x 10 plot and features a single bedroom on the second floor with balcony for artist's easel. The first floor is a simple yet cozy living space. Easel has been tested in game to work and does not cause any pathing issues with regards to the door. Was only tested with a single Sim however. As this is on a very small plot there really is no significant space for expansion. It's ideally designed to be a literal starter home, with the intent of upgrading into a larger purchase later in life.

This home is Base Game compatible and CC free.
