2015-09-13: This seems to be fixed as of 1.10.63 (possibly earlier; I only just noticed it isn’t an issue any more).
Update 2014-12-16: Files updated for 1.3.18.1010 since this wasn't fixed in the patch.

This is done by setting a flag named “0x0B” in the MODL and two of the MLODs to 1 (like it is in e.g. the Rub-a-Dub Tub which does not have this problem). Note that one would need s4pe 0.2c (or perhaps d) for this as the current version breaks it all somehow (making it transparencyfixed but also un-colour-pickable in the process).
