This is house number one in the series of Tiny Houses! This house has 4 rooms: a living room, kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom which has room for 2 beds or for 2 bunk beds. Perfect for a sim as a temporary home or a family as a summer cottage! This lot has a very small hill in the back right corner due to where I built this home- very easy to level out though.


Option if you have the generations expansion pack:

Replace the single beds in the bedroom with bunk beds for 4 sleeping places.
