This house is so that sims who are just starting out can move in somewhere and have some cash to spend on what they want. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, parking for one car, a patio garden and basic furnishings - kitchen, bathroom, a bed, sofa, bookcase and a picnic bench outside (Note burglar and fire alarms not included) My sim moved in here and spent as much as he wanted on courses, entertaining and pampering while working up the career ladder xx
