Mundare in Latin means Purify or Cleanse. It should fit well with this house. It has a very nice main bathroom with it's own little oasis in the backyard, in the middle of the house is a high open courtyard with a pool and planted espalier ceiling. It also has 2 kids bedrooms with 4 beds, 1 nursery and 2 double bedrooms both ensuite.



The open plan living and diningroom has a bar and two fireplaces. This house is basegame though, the bar is just for juice. The colors is in more earth colors with some splashes of pure color.



On the right of the big Paola fireplace, in the center it has an open courtyard with a pool and open air ceiling with planted espalier, if will probably function as a hallway much of the time.



The house has 2 double ensuite bedrooms. This is the one with access to the backyard.



The upper floor is equipped with 2 big kid'ish bedrooms with 2 beds in each and a nursery by the playroom. The other double ensuite is just across the playroom and nursery. The nursery has a fridge and coffee machine and a chair.



This house has a fountain at the front with a fogemitter producing jets in different directions, carpark with 3 bicycle parks on the side. It has lots of storage and I even equipped it with a not-so-functional vanity table in some of the bathrooms. It's just some counter islands, it will probably be used as a place to eat dinner if I know EA right

It's placed on a flat lot, and no cfe or constrainfloorelevation used, you can paint the ceiling if you like. As the house is a bit industrial I didn't think it would matter.
