Domus Miror Velum

The latin name means: Domus - House, Miror - to marvel at, Velum - Curtain. I hope that means something like a Curtain Marvel Translations: http://www.latinwordlist.com/latin-word-for/



This is another one of my fusions, and I find concrete relaxing and unpretentious. Lace can be a bit too much sometimes, I hope I managed to merge the best of the two The style was a bit much in the beginning, but ended up being more white, gold and concrete. Then in the basement I added a bit of LaBoheme red passion



It's built around a middle courtyard and all the rooms on the main floor face that courtyard. That may make it less suited for cold winter climates.



The house has 3 floors, and I used cfe or constrainfloorelevation on the roof, painting the ceiling is not recommended.



Main floor: Carpark with ceiling, guest bathroom and dressingroom, Big dining and kitchen (picture above), Master suite with bathroom and dressingroom, Livingroom with patio doors to the pool area.
2 floor: Familyroom with TV and fridge with counters. Nursery with ensuite, Big single bedroom with ensuite, 2 neutral smaller bedrooms sharing a bathroom, and the kids playroom. Big balcony.
Basement: Mediaroom with a big TV, double bedroom facing the middle courtyard, Back courtyard with stairs to the pool area, hallway with bed and dresser facing the middle courtyard, small kitchen with stove, gamesroom with bar and music facing the back courtyard, gym and bathroom. Budoir room with bed and couch, and exit to the garden.
Garden: BBQ with 4 chairs and a table, a 3 piece suite that probably is too comfortable to be outside.



Above is the video I made from the house. It's a big house in Boheme/Lace fusion modern concrete. 6 bedrooms and several single beds in hallways.

TheJim07: the pictures as they don't come in launcher files.
Luna: the mix 12, Azaliea and Oh-la-la page 3 sets as package as it seems I don't have them as sims3pack.
Gardenbreeze: The cozy corner pattern set doens't seem to transfer as sims3pack, it may not even be available. Download as package instead.

Luna: this is the mods folder I used from Luna, it contains both pachage and sims3pack files where I have them.
Gardenbreeze: this folder replace the faulty BPS link from the Gardenbreeze site.
